Animal Videos

Scientific studies have shown that interactions with animals have a significant impact on our mental health. A 2007 study by Souter and Miller found "that animal-assisted interventions have the potential to significantly reduce depressive symptoms". A 2021 study by Ein, et al. found that watching dog videos "decrease[d] subjective anxiety and increase[d] happiness" in participants.

In summary:

Feeling stressed? Play with a pet!

Don't have a pet? Watch some cute animal videos!
